Glass Cubicles in Violet Blue for Hotel by Petal Washrooms

Striking splash of blue for prominent Heathrow Hotel.

Petal added a splash of colour to the ground floor public toilets of this prominent Heathrow Hotel with the use of Elan Ultra glass cubicles in Violet Blue. This project represented a significant Design and Build hotel development for McAleer & Rushe and White Ink Architects, overlooking the runway at Heathrow Airport T5.

The hotel combines two IHG brands in one building, comprising 433 Holiday Inn Bedrooms and 190 Staybridge Suites with shared gym facilities and separate public areas including reception, restaurant, bar, conference suite and car parking to the rear of the site.

Full height Elan Ultra glass cubicles were installed with pilasters extending into the floor channel and with the cubicle divisions also standing at full height, complete privacy was guaranteed.

The use of Elan Ultra Glass cubicles in Violet Blue achieve a bright, airy feel for this prominent Heathrow Hotel.

The use of glass achieved a striking aesthetic and provides an ideal surface for areas of high footfall.

The Violet Blue cubicles were separated with Krypton divisions which complemented the Pebble Grey solid surface vanity tops. The vanity tops were completed with integrated bowls, achieving a seamless look for this public use bathroom space.
