This 13 storey office complex in Deansgate, in the heart of Manchester, features premium CAT A office spaces, with interiors designed to the highest quality specification.

Petal was selected to deliver a supply and fit package for premium bespoke washroom system throughout all 11 floors of this building.

A floor-to-ceiling cubicle system achieved maximum privacy for this commercial premises. The use of a walnut laminate finish for cubicle doors, access paneling and under vanity unit bag shelves created a luxurious finish throughout. Corian vanities with integral bowl features provided a striking contrast to the dark walnut finish and the use of bespoke mirrors with LED lighting added a further brightness to the washrooms.

The wall duct access removable paneling with integral hinged opening was also accompanied by matching walnut laminate and featured throughout all of the bathrooms.

The Esteem system was employed for maximum privacy and when combined with Corian vanities, bespoke mirrored units and walnut panelling throughout, the result was a luxurious finish befitting of this prestigious office space.
