This impressive washroom installation in Ireland’s biggest university is the first phase of a larger involvement for Petal in this prestigious refurbishment project. The focus of the overall scheme is on modernising infrastructure, enhancing sustainability, and improving student spaces. With over 40 years of experience in the manufacture of washroom solutions for the education sector, Petal was well placed to provide cubicle and washroom solutions for this project.

Completed in January 2026, Petal’s remit on this phase was to produce a functional, hard wearing and visually impactful cubicle & washroom solution for all male female WCs across four floors from Ground to Third floor.

Petal’s Line Plus cubicles in Abet Spring White and Sahara Beige tones provide a natural, grounding aesthetic providing a welcoming and relaxing environment, which is important given the stresses often associated with third level education. The increased height achieved by Line Plus cubicles provides enhanced privacy and adds to the premium feel of the setting. The cubicles are complete with Petal’s P300 APS duct & access panelling with side hinges and anti-tamper locking mechanism providing a seamless finish and ensuring a system that will stand the test of time.

To complete an impressive washroom design, Tristone solid surface tops were installed in a complementary Iris shade with seamless integral square shaped bowls and under panelling in Abet Sahara to match the cubicles.
